The Ready 4 Recognition launch is an opportunity to showcase the work we have done so far in creating plain-English language legal resources explaining the historical context and need for the constitutional recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as well as the different proposals for the constitutional recognition. The launch is also a great chance to kickstart our community legal education campaign that will draw on these resources, among a gathering of ANU students and staff, and the wider Canberra community.

Professor Mick Dodson will be launching our materials and joining us as our guest speaker on the night. Whether you know lots about constitutional recognition or nothing at all, we would love for you to join us! Come and learn more about the constitutional recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and get involved in Ready 4 Recognition as we begin this next exciting phase of the project.

The official launch of the Ready 4 Recognition project is going to be held on Monday 5 August from 6-8pm at University House (Australian National University, Cnr Balmain Crescent & Liversidge Street, Acton).
